Straight answers before you buy
Questions we hear every day
How much does air conditioning cost in London?
A single bedroom or study starts from £1,850 fitted, including VAT for homes. A living room unit starts from £2,050, two rooms on one outdoor unit from £3,650 and three rooms from £5,100. Your fixed price follows a free survey or a few photos.
How long does installation take?
Most single rooms are fitted in a day. Multi-room systems usually take one to three days, depending on the number of rooms and the pipe routes.
Can air conditioning heat my home too?
Yes. The units we fit are heat pumps that run in reverse in winter, giving several units of heat for every unit of electricity they use.
Do I need planning permission?
Most houses can have air conditioning that also heats under permitted development, within limits on size, position and noise. Flats, listed buildings and conservation areas need more checks. Our planning guide explains the current rules.
Is there VAT on air conditioning?
Prices for homes include VAT, so the price shown is the price you pay. Prices for offices, shops and other business premises are shown plus VAT.
Which areas do you cover?
All of London plus Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Kent and Essex. Enter your postcode at the top of this page to check.
