Accessibility statement

Last updated 10 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to find our prices, check we cover their area and get a quote, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement explains what we've done and where there are still limits.

1. Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website.

2. What you can do on our website

You should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 200% without text being cut off, and read every page on a phone
  • Use the whole site, including the quote form, with a keyboard alone
  • Use a screen reader: images have text descriptions and form fields have labels
  • Read text that has strong contrast against its background
  • Turn off movement: if your device is set to reduce motion, our animations stop
  • Take your time: our forms have no time limits

3. Known limits

Some parts of the website are not fully accessible yet:

  • The 3D install animation and the cool and heat demo on our home page are visual. Every step they show is also written out as text on the page.
  • Our postcode check uses a free public lookup service. If it can't be reached, we answer from the first part of your postcode instead.
  • Pages we link to, such as manufacturers' websites, are run by others and may not meet the same standard.

4. Other ways to reach us

You can always call us or send a WhatsApp message instead of using a form. If you need information from this website in another format, such as large print or plain text, tell us and we'll send it to you.

5. Reporting a problem

If something on our website doesn't work for you, please tell us through our contact page, by phone or by WhatsApp. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll fix it or find another way to help.

6. How we check the website

We test new pages with a keyboard, at phone and desktop sizes, with motion turned off, and with automated checks. We review this statement when the website changes.
