Your right to cancel

Last updated 10 October 2026

If you're a homeowner and you agree a job with us at your home, online, by email or by phone, you can change your mind within 14 days. This page explains how, and gives you the form you can use.

1. When you can cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel a contract you agreed away from our premises, for example at your home after a survey, or at a distance, for example online, by email or by phone. You don't have to give a reason.

This right is for consumers. It doesn't apply to work for businesses.

2. When the 14 days start

For most of our jobs, such as installations, services and repairs, the 14 days end 14 days after the day you accept your quote.

Where a job is only the supply of equipment, the 14 days end 14 days after the day the equipment is delivered to you. Your quote says which applies to your job.

3. How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel before the 14 days run out. You can use the form below, but you don't have to: an email, a letter or a message through our contact page saying you're cancelling is enough.

Our postal address and email are on your quote. Sending your message before the period ends is all you need to do.

4. Your refund

We'll refund everything you've paid, including your deposit, within 14 days of the day you tell us you're cancelling. We'll use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, and you won't pay any fee for the refund.

5. If you asked us to start within the 14 days

We only start work within the 14 days if you expressly ask us to, in writing.

If you then cancel, you pay a fair amount for the work done up to the moment you tell us, and we refund the rest.

If you asked us to start early and the work is completely finished within the 14 days, you no longer have the right to cancel. We'll confirm this with you in writing before we start.

If equipment has already been fitted at your request, we'll arrange with you how and when we remove it and make good, and explain any amount you need to pay for the work already done.

6. Cancellation form

Copy the wording below into an email or letter, fill it in and send it to us. Only fill in and send this form if you want to cancel the contract.

To: IN Global Ltd, trading as Westbridge Air (our postal address and email are on your quote).

  • I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following service or goods:
  • Ordered on (date you accepted the quote):
  • Quote or job reference:
  • Name of consumer(s):
  • Address of consumer(s):
  • Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is sent on paper):
  • Date:

7. Your other rights

Cancelling within 14 days is separate from your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if something we do or supply isn't right. Those rights apply whether or not the 14 days have passed. Our terms and complaints procedure explain them.
