What we do

We fit air conditioning that cools in summer and heats in winter, and we look after it once it's in. Most of our work is in homes: bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, lofts and flats. We also fit and service systems in small offices, shops and other business premises.

• Installation of wall-mounted, multi-split, floor-standing and ducted systems
• Ceiling cassettes and wall units for business premises
• Annual servicing and maintenance plans, for any brand
• Repairs on most split systems, including ones we didn't fit

How we work

1. 1

   Survey

   We visit, measure each room, plan the pipe route and outdoor position, and check your electrics and any consents you need.

2. 2

   Fixed written price

   You get a quote with the exact model, everything included, any extras itemised and the warranty for that model. The price doesn't change on the day.

3. 3

   Tidy install

   Dust sheets down, one neat hole per indoor unit, pipes in white trunking. Most single rooms are done in a day, and we clean up before we leave.

4. 4

   Commissioning

   We pressure test, pull a deep vacuum and check the system in cooling and heating before we call it finished.

5. 5

   Records and handover

   We log the refrigerant as the F-Gas rules require, register the manufacturer warranty and show you how to use the controls.

F-Gas and REFCOM certified

By law, only certified engineers and companies can install or work on systems that contain refrigerant. We're F-Gas and REFCOM certified.

Every job that involves refrigerant is recorded, as the F-Gas rules require, and you get a copy.

The brands we install

We install Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG and Panasonic. All four make reliable, quiet and efficient systems that heat as well as cool. We'll help you choose the right range for the room and your budget, and we service and repair most other brands too.

Why our prices are on the website

Most installers make you ring for a number. We think you should know roughly what air conditioning costs before you invite anyone round, so every price we charge is published on our prices page.

They're real starting prices for a standard job. If your home needs more, such as a longer pipe run or a new circuit, the survey shows it and your written quote lists it separately before you agree.
