Which plan suits you

All three plans cover the service your warranty needs. The difference is how often we visit and how much you save if something goes wrong.

  • Essential: a home system used mainly for cooling in summer, where you want the annual service done and recorded without having to remember it.
  • Plus: a system you rely on, such as a bedroom in a heatwave or a home office. If it fails, the visit to find the fault costs nothing and the repair labour costs less.
  • Twice-yearly: an LG system, whose warranty asks for two services a year, or any system used for heating through the winter as well as cooling in summer.
  • Small businesses with a few wall units: Plus or Twice-yearly. Offices and shops run longer hours, so two visits a year keep them clean and efficient.

What a plan doesn't cover

A maintenance plan pays for servicing and cuts the cost of repairs. It isn't breakdown insurance, and it doesn't pay for parts or repairs. That keeps the price low and the terms short.

Ours are simple. You know exactly what you pay each year, and if a repair is needed you get a written price first, with the Plus discount taken off the labour.

More than one indoor unit

A multi-split has one outdoor unit and several indoor units. Each extra indoor unit on the system adds a set yearly amount to the plan price, and we confirm the total before you join.

If you'd rather pay as you go, a one-off service is £119 including VAT, plus £59 for each extra indoor unit on the same visit.

How joining works

  1. Tell us about the system

Use the service form. Let us know the brand, how many indoor units you have and when it was last serviced.

  2. Choose a plan

We confirm the yearly price for your system in writing, including any extra indoor units.

  3. First service

We service the system to the manufacturer checklist and give you a written record. If we find a fault, we tell you before doing anything.

  4. Reminders

We remind you when the next service is due and book a slot that suits you.

  5. Renewal

Plans run for a year. We tell you before renewal, and you decide whether to carry on.

Plans for small businesses

Plans suit offices, shops and salons with a few wall units or cassettes. Prices include VAT, which a VAT-registered business can usually reclaim.

We keep the service records in one place, which helps when a landlord or insurer asks for them. If your system holds enough refrigerant to need F-Gas leak checks, we book them at the right interval and update the log. For larger sites with many indoor units, we quote a maintenance contract instead.

Maintenance plan questions

How much is an air conditioning maintenance plan?

Essential is £119 a year, Plus is £169 a year and Twice-yearly is £219 a year, all including VAT and priced per system. Each extra indoor unit on a multi-split adds a set yearly amount, which we confirm before you join.

Does a plan include free repairs or parts?

No. Our plans cover servicing, records and priority booking. Plus and Twice-yearly also remove the diagnostic fee and take 10% off repair labour. Parts and refrigerant are charged as normal, always priced in writing first.

Will a plan keep my manufacturer warranty valid?

Yes. Each plan includes the servicing your manufacturer asks for, done to its checklist, with a written record. Daikin and Panasonic ask for a service every 12 months. LG asks for two a year, which the Twice-yearly plan covers.

Can I join if you didn't install my system?

Yes. We cover Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Panasonic and most other split systems, whoever fitted them. The first plan visit is a full service, so we know exactly what condition the system is in.

What does priority booking mean?

When you contact us for a service or a repair, plan members are offered the earliest visit slots before other bookings. We don't offer same-day or emergency call-outs, so a plan doesn't change that.

Is a plan worth it compared with a one-off service?

Essential costs the same as a one-off service and adds the reminder, the records and priority booking. Plus costs a little more and removes the £125 diagnostic fee if anything goes wrong, so it pays for itself on a single breakdown visit.

Can businesses have a maintenance plan?

Yes, for small sites with a few wall units or cassettes. Two services a year suit most offices and shops. Larger sites get a quoted maintenance contract instead.
