Terms

Last updated 10 October 2026

This page covers two things: the terms for using our website, and a plain-English summary of the terms that apply when a homeowner books an installation with us. Your written quote sets out the full terms for your job.

1. Who we are

Westbridge Air is a trading name of IN Global Ltd. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean IN Global Ltd. You can get in touch with us through our contact page.

2. Using our website

You're welcome to use our website to find out about our services and prices and to send us an enquiry. By using it, you agree to these website terms.

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it's general information, not advice for your particular home. Your survey and written quote are what count for your job.

The text, photos and design of the website belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Where we link to other websites, such as a manufacturer or a government page, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

3. Prices on the website

The prices on our website are starting prices for a standard job, as described on our prices page. Your written quote gives the fixed price for your job, with any extras listed separately.

Servicing, plans and repairs are shown including VAT. Prices for business premises are shown plus VAT.

4. Quotes

Our written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. The contract starts when you accept the quote in writing.

The quote states the equipment, the work included, any extras, the price, the manufacturer warranty for your model and these payment and cancellation terms.

5. Deposit and payment

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the install price when you accept the quote. It will never be more than 25%.

The balance is due on completion, once the system is installed, commissioned and handed over to you. Nothing is due for work we haven't finished.

6. Your right to cancel

If you agree the contract away from our premises, for example at your home after a survey, or at a distance, for example online, by email or by phone, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

When the 14 days start depends on the type of contract. Our cancellation page explains this in full and has the cancellation form, and we include the details with your quote.

To cancel, send us the cancellation form or any other clear statement that you want to cancel, through our contact page or in writing. We'll refund your deposit in full within 14 days of you cancelling.

7. Starting work within the 14 days

We only start work within the cancellation period if you expressly ask us to, in writing.

If you ask us to start early and then cancel within the 14 days, you pay only a proportionate amount for the work already done up to the point you tell us you're cancelling. The rest of your deposit is refunded.

8. Timing

We agree the installation date with you when you accept your quote. If we haven't agreed a date, we'll do the work within a reasonable time.

If we're delayed by something outside our control, such as severe weather, an accident or a supplier failing to deliver, we'll tell you as soon as we can and agree a new date. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we'll refund what you've paid for work not yet done.

9. Planning, freeholders and listed buildings

At the survey we check where the units can go against the permitted development rules for heat pumps. If your home is a flat, a listed building or in a conservation area, or a unit can't meet those rules, we'll tell you what consent may be needed, such as planning permission, a lawful development certificate, listed building consent or your freeholder's agreement.

Getting that consent is your responsibility unless your quote says we'll arrange it. We'll give you the drawings, product details and noise information that are usually asked for.

10. Your part

To help the job go smoothly, we ask you to give us safe access on the agreed date, tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as hidden pipes or cables, and get any consent you need from a freeholder or landlord. We'll give you the information they usually ask for.

11. Who owns the equipment

The equipment becomes yours once you've paid for it in full. It's your responsibility once it's installed at your property, but that doesn't affect our guarantee or your rights if something we supplied or did isn't right.

12. Our guarantee

Every installation comes with our 2-year workmanship guarantee, which stays with the property if you sell it. We register the manufacturer warranty for you and deal with the manufacturer if a fault appears. For the first 2 years we don't charge labour for manufacturer faults.

Any F-Gas certified engineer can service your system and keep the warranty valid. Our guarantee page sets out the full terms, including what isn't covered.

13. If something goes wrong

We'll carry out our work with reasonable care and skill, and the equipment we supply will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it isn't, tell us and we'll put it right.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable when the contract was made.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Your statutory rights are not affected. For more about them, contact Citizens Advice.

14. Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything we've done, please tell us. Our complaints procedure explains how to contact us, how quickly we reply and where to go if we can't agree.

15. Business customers

The consumer terms on this page are for homeowners and other private customers. Work for businesses is carried out on separate commercial terms, which are set out with your quote.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in place when you accept your quote.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
