How a repair visit works

  1. Book

Use the repair form, call or send a WhatsApp with a photo of the unit and any error code.

  2. Visit

We confirm a visit slot. The engineer checks the system, measures pressures and finds the cause.

  3. Price

You get a written price for the fix before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.

  4. Fix

Most repairs are done on the same visit. If a part needs ordering, we book the return visit with you.

  5. Record

Any refrigerant work is logged as the F-Gas rules require, and you get a copy.

Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Panasonic and other brands

We install Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG and Panasonic, and we repair those and most other split systems, including Fujitsu, Toshiba, Samsung and Hitachi. It doesn't matter who fitted it.

If your system is still under the manufacturer's warranty, tell us when you book. We'll check what's covered before charging for parts.

Quick checks before you book

These solve a surprising number of call-outs. If none of them help, book a visit.

  • Check the remote is on Cool (snowflake), not Fan, Dry or Auto
  • Replace the batteries in the remote
  • Clean the filters behind the front panel of the indoor unit
  • Check the circuit breaker or fused spur hasn't tripped
  • Make sure nothing is blocking the outdoor unit
  • Note any error code or the pattern of flashing lights

Repair questions

How much does an air conditioning repair cost?

Our diagnostic visit is £125 including VAT and covers the first hour on site. If you go ahead with the repair, the £125 comes off the bill. Common fixes like clearing a blocked drain are often done within that visit. Bigger jobs, like a leak repair and regas, get a fixed written price before we start.

Do you repair systems you didn't install?

Yes. We repair most split and multi-split systems whoever fitted them, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Toshiba and Samsung.

Why is my air conditioning leaking water?

Usually the condensate drain or tray is blocked, the filters are clogged and the coil has iced up, or the unit isn't quite level. Switch it off and book a visit. A blocked drain is normally a quick fix.

Does my air conditioning just need regassing?

Split systems are sealed, so they shouldn't lose refrigerant. If the gas is low, there's a leak. We find and fix the leak first, then refill to the correct weight. Topping up without fixing the leak just wastes money.

What does the error code on my unit mean?

Each brand uses its own codes. Send us the code and the model number on WhatsApp or in the repair form and we'll tell you what it usually means before the visit.

Can you come today?

We don't offer same-day or emergency call-outs. When you book, we'll give you the earliest visit slot we have and confirm it in writing.
